Technical support

Aware that our clients work with living organisms, our technical department offers a rapid troubleshooting service for technical emergencies that may occur during cultivation or experimentation.

In an emergency, you will be directly connected to one of Phymea's engineers involved in the development of your project. We will respond within 48 hours at the most, depending on the emergency level.

Our products and services generally have a 2 year warranty.

In the context of a warranty the manpower is at our expense. However depending on your contract, we may charge for material and travel expenses.
